These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tudo BR mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by Tudo BR LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). Tudo BR is designed specifically to serve the Brazilian immigrant community in the United States.

Important: By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tudo BR mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Tudo BR is a hyper-localized marketplace and guide specifically designed for Brazilian immigrant communities in the United States. Our Service includes:

  • Consumer features for discovering conational and allied service providers
  • Newcomer roadmap with practical 90-day guidance for recent immigrants
  • County-specific how-to guides for essential tasks (housing, documentation, etc.)
  • Provider features for Brazilian entrepreneurs to manage business profiles
  • Community features for reviews, ratings, and Portuguese-language communication
  • User mode selection (NewToUS vs Resident) for personalized experience
  • Subscription management and payment processing for providers

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Provider Responsibilities

If you are a service provider using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful business information
  • Clearly indicate language support capabilities (Portuguese, English, Spanish)
  • Accurately represent your business as conational-owned or ally provider
  • Maintain appropriate licenses and insurance
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, preferably in Portuguese when possible
  • Provide services as advertised with cultural sensitivity to Brazilian customers
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain the quality and safety of your services
  • Support the Brazilian immigrant community through fair and respectful service

6. Consumer Responsibilities

As a consumer using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when contacting providers
  • Respect provider time and availability
  • Provide honest and constructive reviews to help the Brazilian community
  • Use the newcomer roadmap and county guides as informational resources only
  • Not misuse the platform for harassment or fraud
  • Verify provider credentials and insurance independently
  • Understand that immigration and legal information is provided for informational purposes only
  • Support fellow community members with respectful communication

7. Content and Reviews

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our Service.

Review Guidelines

Reviews must be based on actual experiences and must not contain:

  • False or misleading information
  • Personal attacks or harassment
  • Spam or promotional content
  • Inappropriate or offensive language

8. Payment Terms

Subscription Services

Some features of our Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Tudo BR LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tudo BR LLC from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tudo BR LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
